We stock everything in our upstate NY facility, so over 99% of orders are shipped within one business day! The only exception is freeze dried, which gets scheduled based on your event date.
Shipping charges start at about $2.99 and are based on your zip code (or postal code), shipping method, and quantity ordered. To get a shipping quote, simply add the items to the online cart. You don't need to proceed to checkout nor enter any personal information to get the quote, just click on the Add to your Shopping Cart button. You can also obtain a quote for international shipments using this method. Please note that USPS shipments (First Class, Priority Mail) are not insured and do not have a guaranteed transit time, you as the buyer assume all risk for any USPS shipping method. We recommend FedEx Ground shipping for insured and guaranteed service. USPS shipping methods should only be used for low value shipments and samples.
Standard Shipping: We now offer a Standard Shipping option of $5.95 for orders up to 2 pounds, and only $7.95 for orders over 2 pounds that can ship in one box. These orders ship via ground service, typically Priority Mail, so if you need your order within the next two weeks, we recommend selecting a FedEx service for guaranteed transit time. Available to US addresses only.
Orders for freeze dried rose petals placed in advance are entered into our reservation system where we schedule a shipping date based on your occasion date and zip code. Your petals typically ship about 3 weeks before use for the best quality, while ordering in advance guarantees availability of your color and quantity. If you need them sooner or have any special requirements, please use the Special Instructions area on the Checkout page. You can expect freeze dried rose petals to arrive approximately 2 weeks prior to your event date. Please note that if you are paying by credit card, we do not charge your card until the petals ship.
Orders for silk rose petals are generally shipped either the same day (prior to 4pm Eastern time) or by the next business day when in stock, so please choose your shipping method accordingly. If you have an urgent need, please call or email us and we will make every effort to assist you.
Because we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, we are not able to cancel orders after they have been processed and a shipping label created. They can, however, be returned according to our return policy listed below. If we are able to retrieve your shipment prior to carrier pickup, we can refund the shipping and process a return less a 10% restocking charge to cover processing costs and shipping materials.
Guaranteed transit times and policies are based on each carriers' published information available at their respective websites. Delays caused by acts of nature are not covered by any carriers' guarantee, therefore, any such delays are not eligible for shipping refunds. You must verify that the shipping address on your order is valid. If an address correction is necessary to properly deliver your package and we incur a charge, additional shipping charges may apply.

Silk Rose Petals and Organza Bags: A Return Authorization number must be requested by phone or email within 7 days from the date of delivery. We must receive the rose petals at our 219 Corporate Drive address, unopened and in their original packaging, within 10 days of issuing the RA number for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. Your refund will be reduced by any coupon and/or discount used, and if a free shipping offer was used, the cost of shipping will be applied. You can exchange for other items of equal or greater value with no restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted after the event date nor for Printed Petals or samples.

- USPS First Class Intl - typically 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, best for small orders, non-urgent orders and for samples.
- USPS Priority Mail Intl - typically 6 to 10 days for delivery, our most popular option, best mix of speed and cost for the majority of orders.
- USPS Express Mail Intl - typically 3 to 5 days for delivery, fastest mail option available.
- FedEx Economy Intl - typically 3 to 5 days for delivery.
- FedEx Priority Intl - typically 1 to 2 days for delivery, fastest FedEx option available.
- DHL Worldwide - typically 1 to 2 days for delivery, not available online. We can often upgrade to this service from FedEx or USPS Priority/Express at no extra charge. This is often the best option for international destinations.
Orders shipping internationally to Canada and other countries outside of the US may incur additional charges such as duties and other taxes (GST, PST, etc) as determined by the recipient country. These charges are not included in your product and shipping costs, you will be responsible for payment to the carrier upon delivery if they apply. Please note that the Freeze Dried rose petals are a US origin product, while the Silk rose petals are made in China, this is important if you contact your customs office to determine duty. If you are unfamiliar with importing products, please contact your country's customs office for more details, many have websites which answer the most common questions.
