Shipping Policy

Orders for freeze dried rose petals placed in advance are entered into our reservation system where we schedule a shipping date based on your occasion date and zip code.  Your petals typically ship about 3 weeks before use for the best quality, while ordering in advance guarantees availability of your color and quantity.  If you need them sooner or have any special requirements, please use the Special Instructions area on the Checkout page.  You can expect freeze dried rose petals to arrive approximately 2 weeks prior to your event date.  Please note that if you are paying by credit card, we do not charge your card until the petals ship.

Orders for silk rose petals are generally shipped the next business day when in stock, so please choose your shipping method accordingly.  If you have an urgent need, please call or email us and we will make every effort to assist you.

You must verify that the shipping address on your order is valid.  If UPS requires an address correction to properly deliver your package and we incur a charge, we will bill your credit card an additional charge of $6.00 for ground shipments or $10.00 for air shipments.

Return Policy

Silk Rose Petals and Organza Bags:  A Return Authorization number must be requested by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the order. We must receive the rose petals at our 1 Lewis Street address, unused and in their original packaging, within 10 days of issuing the RA number for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded.  Returns or Exchanges are NOT accepted after the event date nor for Printed Petals or samples.


Freeze Dried Rose Petals:  A Return Authorization number must be requested by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the order. We must receive the rose petals at our 1 Lewis Street address, unused and in their original containers, within 10 days of issuing the RA number for a refund of the purchase price less a 50% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. Petal Garden is not responsible for delays in transit. Returns are NOT accepted after the event date or on samples.
 

International orders

Canada:  We have negotiated a special program with UPS for shipments to Canada.  You can select Priority Mail International from the checkout, but when we receive your order, we will see if it qualifies for the upgraded shipping.  In many cases, we can upgrade to UPS Expedited, which guarantees 2 day delivery time.  Best of all, the brokerage charge is included!  In general, the additional cost is $5 USD for the upgrade.

Orders shipping internationally to Canada and other countries outside of the US may incur additional charges such as duties and other taxes as determined by the recipient country.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
